Here at Big Pete’s Treats, and under the leadership of Pete himself, we vow the following: to make high quality butter-infused cannabis (or cannabutter), to be a positive part of the cannabis community, and to come together regularly to clean up our environment. Toward this end, we are happy to announce our first Beach Clean-Up at Venice Beach, Saturday the 21st of September 2019.



Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Big Pete’s first job was cleaning up refuse at Main Beach in front of the Boardwalk. Pete’s experience surfing and exploring the coastline fostered his life-long love for the ocean, an appreciation for its wildlife and a respect for those who strive to defend the ocean from the dangers of pollution.



We admire the work and legacy of groups like the Pleasure Point Night Fighters with their Pack Your Trash campaign and the organized efforts of Save Our Shores and Surfrider Foundation. It is an honor to contribute to the same cause by organizing Beach Clean-Ups along our beautiful coastline.



This weekend, we are excited to be teaming up with an amazing group of sponsors to clean up the beach in Venice, Los Angeles. The Rose Collective Venice is our official co-host and over 25 of the best cannabis brands in California will be in attendance. If you love cannabis and the ocean, then this is a great opportunity to enjoy a great day at the beach meeting people in the cannabis industry.

The Clean-Up runs Saturday, Sept. 21st @ 9am-12pm
Meet at Rose Collective Venice at 8:45am.
