Sometimes it’s the simple things that can make such a big difference. You deserve to treat yourself to something delicious and easy to make, which is why we came up with this recipe for a Blackberry Lemon Cookie Parfait. It’s the perfect treat to share with someone you love, or get stoned and eat the whole thing yourself.

Ingredients:

Lemon Cookies: Sativa or Indica, these are infused with 10 mg of THC apiece. You are going to crumble up a stack of these bad boys to add in layers. You can also leave one whole to add to the top. Be careful how many cookies you add to this parfait, though, because it is incredibly hard to stop eating once you begin.

Vanilla Pudding: Lots of ways to prepare the pudding part of this Parfait. The easiest one is to use Instant Jello Pudding. You just mix it with cold milk and wait a few minutes and you are ready to go. There’s also pudding that you can heat up on the stove. The point is to make a creamy vanilla filling, a warm rich bed of goodness for the layers of cookies, whipped cream and berries to hang suspended in delicious goodness.

Whipped Cream: The easiest option is a can of whipped cream you can find at the grocery store. If you make some from scratch, you’re badass.

Fresh Blackberries: Get ‘em fresh, wash them and get ready to enjoy a delicious stony treat!

Once you have the pudding prepared, crumble some of the Lemon Cookies into a bowl. You are going to use a clear glass cup to serve the parfait in and you add layers: a layer of pudding, a layer of whipped cream, a layer of crumbled cookies, a layer of blackberries and repeat until you reach the top of the glass.
