Super Bowl? Super Cookie Cake

Super Bowl Sunday is this weekend and we are going big. A Cookie Cake is basically one huge cookie baked in a pan and frosted. For our version, we added a 10 pack of Sativa Chocolate Chip Cookies to the dough and to the frosting!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

It's a famous Super Bowl treat, but when you add some Cannabis-Infused cookies to the mix, it is a classic. 

Recipe:

Two sticks of butter

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cups of flour

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of salt

1 10-pack of Sativa Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix together the cookie dough and add the crumbled cookies at the end with the chocolate chips. Put all of the dough in a baking cake pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cookies and Cream Frosting

To take this Cookie Cake up another level we mixed together a 10-pack of our Sativa Chocolate Chip Cookies with some cream cheese frosting. Allow the cookie cake to cool, transfer carefully to a plate, and frost!
