Mini Pumpkin Pies with Holiday Sugar Cookie Crust
This year, if you want to serve something fun and stony at your holiday parties, try this fun mini Pumpkin Pie recipe. You can make any Pumpkin Pie filling and add one Cannabis-Infused Holiday Sugar Mini Cookie to the bottom of a cupcake paper placed in a cupcake baking tray. Cover the cookie with pie filling and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is mostly firm and only slightly wobbly. Allow to cool, remove from tray and add whipped cream as desired. It's a delicious treat that will have you feeling great.
One teaspoon of cinnamon
One teaspoon of nutmeg
One teaspoon of vanilla
One half teaspoon of salt
One can of pumpkin
One cup of condensed milk
One 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
Mix together the spices and the eggs in a bowl. Next add the pumpkin and mix. In another bowl or measuring cup combine the milks with the vanilla and mix. Add the milk combination to the pumpkin filling and mix.
Add one cookie to the bottom of each cupcake paper
Fill with pumpkin filling
Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until filling is firm
Allow to cool and add whipped cream and dust with cinnamon
