Ganache your Stash

Chocolate makes us happy. When you take chocolate and heat it up with cream and turn it into a liquid form it becomes even more amazing. For this Valentine's Day celebrations, we made these Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Delight treats.

Chocolate, Strawberry and Coconut Stacks

To make Ganache, simply heat up some chocolate chips with equal parts 1/2 and 1/2 slowly stirring regularly until it becomes a smooth consistency. Add the chocolate once it cools to an icing bag with a decorating tip. Slice the top and bottoms off of some strawberries for stable stacking and coat the first layer of strawberries with your melted chocolate.

Start with a Strawberry base, add chocolate, add one Strawberry Coconut cookie, add chocolate, add another strawberry cut to stack, add chocolate, dust with coconut. Take these beautiful strawberry stacks and chill them in the freezer to allow the chocolate to set.
