Peanut Butter Cookie Crust Banana Cream Pie

Have you ever made a cookie crust? It’s a delicious way to use our cookies in a fun and festive dessert. You can use cookie crusts for pies, cheesecakes, and other delicious sweets.

 

Ingredients:

 

            1 10-pack of Indica Cannabis Infused Peanut Butter Cookies

            2.5-3 tablespoons of melted butter

            2 bananas

            Whipped Cream

            Caramel Sauce

            1 EXTRA STRENGTH INDICA Peanut Butter 100mg THC cookie

 

To make the cookie crust, you will need to melt a tablespoon of butter for every four cookies. Place the cookies in a pie plate and break them into medium sized pieces with a wooden spoon. Next, take a fork and crush those pieces until they are all uniformly small. Once you have your cookies crumbled, add the melted butter and mix together with a wooden spoon. Depending on your taste you may want to add a little more melted butter. Once you incorporate the butter into the crumbs, you can shape it to the pie plate.

 



You can either cool the crust, or you can bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and then cool it.

 

While the crust is cooling, make the banana pudding. Mix together 3 cups of cold milk with banana pudding mix and allow to thicken.

 

Once the crust is cool and the pudding is thick, add the pudding to the pie plate. Add slices of banana to the top of the pudding, a little caramel sauce and whipped cream to preference. The salty buttery goodness of the cookie crust perfectly complements the banana cream and makes for a delicious and stony treat.
