Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 tsp. Big Pete's Cannabutter
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)


  • Boil peeled, quartered potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain and return potatoes to the pot. Over low heat, add cannabutter, regular butter, and heavy cream. Mash until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
  • Serve the creamy mash warm, perfect as a side dish for any meal.
