Ingredients for 24 servings:
1 tbsp. Big Pete's Cannabutter
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Green food coloring (optional) Shamrock sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another large bowl, cream together the cannabutter, regular butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and green food coloring.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
