Let's Make Martha Stewart's Pumpkin Pancakes

Better Pancakes with Cannabutter

Nothing says holiday season louder than the arrival of Pumpkin Spice everything, and we are happier than ever this year to indulge. With our new product, a half cup of Cannabutter with 1000 mg of THC, you can bake your sweet and spicy heart out and get baked at the same time. Pumpkin pies, pumpkin breads, and pumpkin pancakes are about to get a whole lot stonier.

Martha Stewart's Recipes

When you combine our Cannabutter with Martha Stewart inspired recipes you get something truly magical. There's no doubt that Martha Stewart is a premiere talent and all-time influencer when it comes to seasonal baking and entertaining and we believe that our Cannabutter belongs in her world. We would love to get her some of our Cannabutter, but in the meantime we made some absolutely fire Pumpkin Pancakes inspired by her recipe.

Selling Like Hot Cakes

As soon as we released our Cannabutter to the public, the feedback was clear: people want this product. Cannabutter is a key you can use to unlock your creativity in the comfort of your own kitchen. With this being the first holiday season with our Cannabutter in circulation, we look forward to seeing what other collaborations and combinations we can create. Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, preferably freshly grated

  • Pinch of ground cloves

  • 1 cup milk

  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more for skillet and serving

  • 1 egg

  • Pure maple syrup, for serving

We modified this recipe slightly. We added one tablespoon of Cannabutter and one regular butter. We also did not add ginger or cloves. The cinnamon and nutmeg were delicious.

Directions

  • Step 1

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices in a bowl.

  • Step 2

In a separate bowl, stir together milk, pumpkin puree, butter, and egg. Fold mixture into dry ingredients.

  • Step 3

Melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat; pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook pancakes about 3 minutes per side; serve with butter and syrup.
