Chocolate makes us happy. When you take chocolate and heat it up with cream and turn it into a liquid form it becomes even more amazing. For this Valentine's Day celebrations, we made these Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Delight treats.
We enjoy an occasional sweet, here at Big Pete's Treats, and the Holiday season is our favorite time to indulge in something decadent. With our Holiday Sugar Cookies and all of the fun seasonal candies out there, we thought we would make something extravagant and delicious. We call it our Holiday Sugar Cookie Candy Dripped Decadence.
This year, if you want to serve something fun and stony at your holiday parties, try this fun mini Pumpkin Pie recipe. You can make any Pumpkin Pie filling and add one Cannabis-Infused Holiday Sugar Mini Cookie to the bottom of a cupcake paper placed in a cupcake baking tray. Cover the cookie with pie filling and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is mostly firm and only slightly wobbly. Allow to cool, remove from tray and add whipped cream as desired. It's a delicious treat that will have you feeling great.
The Cookie Crust is one of baking's greatest inventions. You take a baked good and you crumble it up and make it part of another baked good. It's the Turducken of desserts and oh is it good. Well, in this adventure with infused foods, we made individual mini cookie crusts at the bottom of each cupcake.
